Pop-Up Artist Shop at the Civic Theatre – First Thursday in December

Get ready for a festive, art-filled evening at the Pop-Up Artist Shop hosted at the historic Civic Theatre this First Thursday in December! Celebrate the season with a curated selection of locally made art, crafts, and unique gifts from talented artists in our community.

This one-night-only event offers the perfect opportunity to shop for one-of-a-kind gifts while supporting local creators. From handcrafted jewelry and custom artwork to pottery, textiles, and seasonal décor, you’ll find something special for everyone on your holiday list (or even for yourself!).

Like a monster truck rally but for drawing, 25 talented artists will unleash their creativity in a live drawing showcase at Newfields on the second Saturday of December. Experience the creative process, cheer on your favorite artists, and bonus—all drawings will be available for purchase.  

There will be five artists every hour from 11:30 AM–3:30 PM. All drawings will be available on the spot for $40 each with 50% of the proceeds going directly to the artists.
